Cancellation Policy - Viva Fashions

At Viva Fashions, we want you to shop with confidence. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you (or we) can cancel an order. For returns, exchanges, or refunds after delivery, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy (coming soon or linked in footer).

When Can You Cancel an Order?

You may cancel your order free of charge in the following situations:

  • Before Order Processing/Dispatch: If the order has not yet been prepared or shipped (usually within 1-2 business days of placement), you can request cancellation.
  • Payment Issues or Unconfirmed Orders: If payment fails or is pending, the order may be auto-cancelled.

Once the order is processed and handed over to our courier partner, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, please wait for delivery and use our Returns process if needed.

How to Request Cancellation

  1. Contact our customer support team as soon as possible via:

  2. Provide your Order Number and reason for cancellation (optional).
  3. We will confirm if the order is still eligible for cancellation and process it within 24-48 hours.

Refund on Cancellation

If your cancellation is approved:

  • Prepaid Orders: Full refund to the original payment method (credit/debit card, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, etc.). Refunds typically process in 5-10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: No charges apply since payment wasn't collected. The order is simply cancelled.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable if the order was already processed.

Cancellations by Viva Fashions

We reserve the right to cancel any order (fully or partially) without liability in cases such as:

  • Product(s) out of stock or unavailable.
  • Pricing or description errors on the website.
  • Payment authorization failure or suspected fraud.
  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions.

You will be notified via email/SMS, and a full refund will be issued if payment was made.

Important Notes

  • Cancellation requests after dispatch will not be accepted—please refer to Returns instead.
  • Frequent cancellations may affect your account privileges (e.g., COD eligibility).
  • All policies are subject to change; check the website for the latest version.
