Shipping Policy - Viva Fashions

At Viva Fashions, we strive to deliver your favorite fashion items quickly and safely across Pakistan. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle deliveries.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment confirmation. During peak sale periods or high demand, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Delivery Time

Once processed, delivery times are estimated as follows (working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays):

  • Karachi: 2-4 working days
  • Other major cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 3-5 working days
  • Rest of Pakistan: 4-7 working days

During sales, Eid seasons, or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, courier delays), delivery may take up to 10-15 working days. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Charges

We offer affordable and transparent shipping:

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above Rs. 5,000 (nationwide)
  • Standard Shipping: Rs. 250 for orders below Rs. 5,000

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. They are non-refundable in case of order cancellation after processing.

Couriers & Tracking

We partner with trusted local couriers such as TCS, Leopard, BlueEx, Trax, or M&P to ensure reliable delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. Track your order here: Track Your Order or directly on the courier's website.

Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

Couriers usually attempt delivery 2-3 times. If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us. In such cases:

  • You may be charged return shipping fees (Rs. 250-400 depending on location).
  • Re-delivery can be arranged upon request (additional charges may apply).

Address Changes

Address changes are allowed only before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, changes are not possible. Contact our support immediately if needed: support@vivafashions.com or call/WhatsApp your number.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within Pakistan. We plan to introduce international shipping soon—stay tuned!
